Coached sessions take place at various times with private tuition at arranged time between the lake, the coach and the swimmer.

Coached sessions are provided with other coaches from other companies in a partnership.

Swimmers of all abilities in open water welcome.  Novice swimmers wanting to start in open water to competitive elite athletes wanting to train for an event can all be pushed to improve.  All new swimmers open water swimming are required to undertake an induction.

Now offering open water training to any triathletes, open water swimmers and cold water swimmers at the fabulous Redricks Lakes, Redricks Lane, Sawbridgeworth, Hertfordshire, CM21 0RL.

The lake is clear and shallow so ideal for novice open water swimmers.  There is coached sessions, inductions to open water swimming and private tuition available.  Different length routes available for every ability.

Lovely facilities available afterwards to enjoy  a bite to eat at Redricks Lakes Cafe.

Easy beach entry to settle people into the water and a sunken island in the middle of the lake for anyone who can't take on the whole lake straight away.
