Winter swimming has grown in popularity since 2020 and is now a brilliant addition to mental and physical wellbeing.  We work with the staff at Redricks Lake to provide the best conditions for swimming but also the atmosphere and community to make it the most enjoyable and safe time you can have.


When temperature reach below 14 degrees Celcius winter swimming begins which is usually around the start of October.  Swimming is then reduced to weekend sessions and special events such as Boxing Day, New Years Day and Full Moon.
